How this service works, in plain terms
Short version: we are a referral service, we keep only what you tell us so we can make an introduction, and nothing on this website is a quote or legal advice.
We are not the contractor
Newhall Kitchen Remodel answers questions and introduces homeowners to a California licensed contractor. We do not perform construction, supervise a crew, sell materials or set prices. The contractor you are introduced to is responsible for the quote, the contract, the permits, the work and any warranty they choose to offer. Check their license with the state before you sign, and read the contract they give you.
Nothing here is a quote
Dollar figures on this website come from a published outside benchmark for a fixed test kitchen, and they are labeled that way where they appear. Your kitchen is not that kitchen. Only a written quote from a contractor who has seen the room is a price.
Codes and rules change
Where a page describes a permit exemption, an energy rule or a federal requirement, it links the agency that publishes it. Those rules are amended from time to time. If a decision depends on one, read the current version at the source or ask Santa Clarita Building and Safety. The pages here are general information, not legal advice.
Pictures
The images on this website are illustrations created to show kitchen styles and situations. They are marked as illustrations and are not photographs of completed projects.
What we keep when you call, text or send the form
- What: your name, phone number, email if you give it, and whatever you tell us about the kitchen and the house.
- How the form works: the details you type are sent to our inbox by email through Resend, an email delivery service. The form does not save them on this website.
- Why: to make the introduction. We share it with the contractor we introduce you to, and with nobody else.
- We never sell it, rent it or add you to a marketing list.
- Removal: send the request through the contact form with "My details or privacy" chosen and we will delete your details. A privacy request stays with us and is not passed to a contractor.
This website sets no advertising cookies and loads no third party fonts or trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.
